Two layer cotton face mask measuring 6" x 3.5". It fits toddlers ages 2-4ish.  I made this size for meighbor who is 2, along with ons for the local emergency childcare center. The elastic at the elastic at the ears is thin, comfortable and works well with long hair and hats, and bike helmets.
